I wish every neighborhood had a cafe like this. Faraday Cafe recently opened in Vancouver. It’s a two-week experiment with EMF shielding on the walls that blocks out the wireless signals. No laptops, no iPads, no cell phones. Just people talking to each other and reading things that are more than three paragraphs long. Can you imagine?
Something tells me these guys won’t be visiting Faraday Cafe….. Warning: this is actually funny!

What a great place, free wifi would make it even better.
